1. Digital Products Nature

Because PenguHouse deals entirely in instant-access digital goods (Software Mods, Source Codes, and Digital Social Services), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a product is dispatched to your email or downloaded, the transaction cannot be reversed.

2. Defective or Corrupted Files

If the file archive provided to you is corrupted, unreadable, or significantly deviates from the product description on the storefront, you are entitled to a replacement link or a full refund. You must contact our support within 7 days of purchase providing your Order Hash.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

All refunds will be processed in the cryptocurrency you used to pay (Solana, Bitcoin, or USDT), based on the exact token amount received at the time of purchase, regardless of market fluctuations. Gas fees and network fees will not be refunded.

4. Social Proof Delivery Delays

For social media growth services, delivery starts instantly but may run on a drip-feed algorithm to ensure account safety. If your order has not begun within 48 hours of your blockchain transaction being verified, you may request a cancellation and refund.
